Natalie Bradley BDS MFDS Dip SCD RCSEd
Natalie is a Specialist in Special Care Dentistry with over 100 hours of careers coaching experience. She has extensive experience working in hospital, community and general practice as well as completing a fellowship with the Office of the Chief Dental Officer. Her blog A Tooth Germ has supported young dentists for over 7 years and has almost 1 million page views. She is passionate about supporting dentists reach their career goals and navigate their own fulfilling and rewarding career in dentistry. 
Avni Jain BDS, MDS
Avni is an experienced prosthodontist and she passed her LDS Part 1 in 2021 and passed the ORE in 2023. She is a UK-registered dental therapist and currently works in a prestigious private practice in southeast London. She runs her Instagram page - @dentalshots_lon where she helps out fellow international dentists with queries about different registration routes for international dentists in the UK such as ORE and LDS. She has helped hundreds of international dentists through her podcasts about life as a dentist in the UK and helps students prepare for the licensing examinations by sharing her preparation strategies.
